WE ARE HIRING!SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERKC India Test Laboratories LLP is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth across India.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new business opportunities & strategic partnerships
Build strong relationships with DISCOMs, TRANSCOs, PSUs, EPC Contractors & Manufacturers
Generate leads and convert opportunities into business
Manage key accounts and long-term client relationships
Identify new tenders, projects and market opportunities
Develop and execute business growth strategies
Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and client requirementsPREFERRED PROFILE
5–10+ years of Business Development / Sales experience
Power Sector / Electrical Industry experience preferred
Experience in Testing, Inspection, TPI, Cables, Transformers or EPC will be an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Strong industry network and willingness to travel across India
