This is a 100% Remote position based in Dubai for an industry insider.What You Will Do:Drive the full B2B sales cycle, leveraging your existing industry knowledge to hit the ground running.Pitch the xpath.global software platform and ecosystem to CHROs, Global Mobility Directors, and Enterprise Procurement leads.Capitalize on your network in the Middle East and international markets to secure long-term, high-value corporate contracts.Act as a strategic partner to global accounts, helping them transition from legacy, fragmented vendors to our unified digital ecosystem.What We Are Looking For:Industry Domain Expertise: 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within Global Mobility, EOR (Employer of Record), International Immigration, Relocation, or Enterprise HR Tech. You must deeply understand the pain points of managing a global workforce.Dubai-Based: Currently residing in Dubai with a strong understanding of the local and regional corporate ecosystem.Global Account Track Record: Proven experience navigating, pitching to, and closing large-scale global accounts and enterprise clients.Hunter Mentality: A self-starter who thrives in an agile, tech-forward environment and loves building pipeline from scratch.Flawless Communication: Native-level or completely fluent English skills.
