The GTM team is the engine behind our global expansion. Positioned at the intersection of Product, AI Automation, and Sales, we don't just market a tool we build repeatable revenue engines and define how Agentic AI transforms enterprise outreach.The Leadership. You'll be joining a team led by serial entrepreneurs Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis. This is their second major venture together, following the successful acquisition of their previous scale-up, SearchNode, in 2022.The Opportunity. Central and Eastern Europe is home to some of the fastest-growing consumer brands, e-commerce players and digital service companies in Europe, and customers here expect to be served in their own language. About the roleAs one of the first BDR dedicated to Poland, the Baltics and wider CEE, you'll partner directly with our Regional Manager & Senior Account Executive to build the pipeline from scratch. You'll shape how Ace Waves enters each market: which accounts we go after, what messaging lands, and which channels work. This is a ground-floor role in a founder-led GTM culture, with real autonomy and a direct line to leadership.What you'll do Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and wider CEE – research, identify and engage the accounts that matter mostRun native-language outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to CX, operations and C-level leaders, adapting tone and approach to each market's business cultureBuild relationships with senior stakeholders and book qualified meetings for the regional Account ExecutiveMap the regional landscape: key brands, BPOs, contact-centre leaders, local competitors, industry events and communitiesUse AI-driven tools to research, personalise at scale and keep a clean, well-documented pipelineFeed market insight back to the wider GTM team to shape localised messaging, playbooks and campaignsExamples of work in this role Building a target account list of Polish e-commerce and retail brands and running a multi-channel sequence in PolishLocalising proven UK messaging for Lithuanian and Latvian buyers, and testing what resonatesCold calling operations leaders and converting conversations into qualified meetings and opportunitiesWorking the room at regional tech and CX events alongside the AEContinuously testing and optimising messaging to improve reply rates and meeting-to-opportunity conversionWhat We Expect You to BringNative or fluent Polish and professional English (C1+) – confident, articulate and persuasive, written and spoken2–4 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales development, or a similar outbound role, with a track record of breaking into high-value accountsUnderstanding of how business gets done in Poland and the wider CEE regionFluency in modern sales technology and comfort using AI tools in your daily workflowHigh-energy, consultative communication – able to tailor each conversation to a prospect's challenges and goalsCuriosity about fast-evolving industries and a drive to uncover new opportunitiesMeasurable impact: consistently meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets in previous rolesEven BetterLithuanian – a big plus, given our Vilnius roots and Baltic focusAdditional CEE languages such as Latvian, Estonian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or RomanianAn existing network in CEE consumer brands, e-commerce, telco, fintech or customer-service/BPOExperience selling to CxOs and senior leaders in mid-market or enterprise organisationsExperience in early-stage or high-growth companies, including helping build a playbook or opening a new marketProven confidence in cold and warm calling, consistently converting calls into qualified meetingsWhy JoinBe the first BDR for an entire region and grow with it as the team scalesWork alongside a founding team with a proven track record of building and exiting a scale-upSell a genuinely new category – agentic AI that resolves customer conversations end-to-endJoin an international team with engineering roots in the Baltics and a GTM hub in LondonOur Tech StackYou'll be working with a modern, AI-first outbound stack.
