Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist - Commercial and Project Execution Business Unit/Function: Maaden Aluminum / Strategy & Business Development Department: Business Development Job Location: Ras Al Khair, Eastern KSAWorking hours: 8 hoursJob post duration: starting 27 September 2026 - end date 11 October 2026JOB PURPOSE Lead the commercial and project-development execution needed to turn the selected JV concept into an executable industrial opportunity.

The role will integrate market, supply, offtake, operating-model, technical-interface and implementation inputs and ensure that the preferred option is robustly compared with the continuing Carbon Plant base case. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop the commercial case, including demand, pricing, product specifications, offtake, supply security and partner value proposition. Coordinate technical and project inputs for scope, interfaces, schedule, utilities, land, logistics, operating model, performance and implementation requirements. Work with Finance to translate commercial and project assumptions into CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV, sensitivities and downside cases. Build and maintain the comparison between the JV option and the Carbon Plant base case, using consistent assumptions and decision criteria. Coordinate the business and market components of due diligence, including partner capability, customers, feedstock, supply chain and operating readiness. Identify opportunities to simplify scope, sequence activities in parallel and shorten delivery time while maintaining required assurance. Define proposed offtake principles, service levels, quality requirements, performance guarantees and commercial remedies. Support negotiation of commercial schedules and ensure agreement terms reflect the approved business case. Prepare workstream outputs for SteerCo, Investment Committee, ExCom and Board materials. Support transition from transaction development into execution, including assumptions register, open issues, benefit baseline and handover requirements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is preferred. Typically, 10+ years of industrial business development, project development, commercial strategy or investment evaluation experience. Experience in aluminum, mining, metals, carbon, energy, chemicals or other capital-intensive industries is strongly preferred. Demonstrated capability in commercial modelling, market analysis, project economics and cross-functional project development. Experience supporting complex negotiations and executive investment decisions.
