Department: Business DevelopmentJob Location: Ras Al Khair, Eastern KSAWorking hours: 8 hoursJob post duration: starting 27 September 2026 - end date 11 October 2026JOB PURPOSE Drive day to day execution of the accelerated JV transaction workstream from initial partner commitment through due diligence, structuring, negotiation, governance submission and transaction close.

The role will convert senior direction into coordinated actions, complete decision materials and disciplined follow-through across all internal and external parties. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Own the integrated action plan, transaction tracker, decision log, issue register and deliverables calendar. Coordinate preparation of the commitment package, HoT, JDA, due-diligence requests, data room and partner workplan. Develop JV structure options and consolidate commercial, financial, legal and technical inputs into a coherent transaction case. Support preparation and review of CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV, sensitivities, funding requirements and value-creation comparisons against the base case. Coordinate internal approvals and prepare materials for SteerCo, Investment Committee, ExCom and Board review. Draft negotiation briefs, meeting packs, minutes, action lists and management updates. Follow up with workstream owners and external advisors to close actions and prevent schedule slippage. Review partner submissions for completeness, consistency and alignment with agreed headline terms. Maintain traceability between diligence findings, risks, agreement provisions, economics and approval conditions. Support negotiations and document agreed positions, open points and escalation requirements. Business development agreements reviewMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline; MBA or relevant professional qualification is preferred. Typically, 10+ years of business development, corporate development, transactions, project development or investment experience. Hands-on experience in JV, M&A, strategic partnership, project finance or major industrial project evaluation. Strong experience building business cases, financial models, governance submissions and executive presentations. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary diligence and agreement workstreams.
