Senior Business Excellence - Real Estate

We are partnering with a semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi that is looking to hire a Senior Business Excellence professional to join its Commercial team.The role will support the Commercial Business Excellence function by analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development and delivery of key Commercial initiativesJob Responsibilities:• Conduct business analysis to identify business needs, challenges, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the Commercial function.• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic and operational initiatives.• Analyze and improve business processes, ways of working, and operational journeys.• Support the development of business cases, project scopes, RFP requirements, and initiative documentation.• Analyze business, operational, performance, and relevant financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.• Review and enhance business and financial reporting to improve the quality and relevance of management information.• Support the development and review of KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to enable effective Commercial decision-making.• Work closely with Commercial stakeholders to develop practical recommendations and drive agreed improvements.• Support the development of Business Excellence practices, processes, and governance within the Commercial function.• Provide business analysis support across projects, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Excellence, Business Transformation, Consulting, Process Improvement, PMO, Commercial Analysis or a related field.• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and supporting cross-functional business initiatives.
