Location: Cupertino, CA (Bay Area)Requirement: Ex-Apple MandatoryPosition OverviewThe Apple Information Security Business Intelligence team delivers metrics and insights that support strategic decision-making across the Information Security organization.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision making by developing meaningful metrics, actionable insights, and reporting solutions for security stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Information Security stakeholders to identify high-priority business questions requiring measurement and analysis.Define and recommend appropriate metrics and KPIs to support security initiatives.Partner with functional teams to identify and validate data sources required for reporting and analytics.Assess data quality, availability, and fitness for use, and communicate data improvement recommendations to data owners.Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain metrics through enterprise reporting platforms.Develop a strong understanding of Information Security processes and operational objectives to ensure meaningful reporting.Establish repeatable standards and best practices for metric development and reporting.Present data-driven insights and executive-level reports to senior leadership and business stakeholders.Lead data investigations and analytical projects involving complex or ambiguous requirements.Adapt quickly to changing business priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.Strong experience developing executive dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to senior leadership.Experience leading analytical initiatives with minimal direction.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within an Information Security organization.Strong understanding of security metrics, governance, and reporting.Familiarity with formal research methodologies and analytical reporting.Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.Previous experience at Apple is mandatory.
