Senior Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst – AI & Data Analytics

Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewHighly visible individual contributor responsible for building and scaling business intelligence, analytics, reporting and automation capabilities within a strategic AI-enabled transformation program.

The role owns the analytics stack end-to-end, turning fragmented and complex data into trusted insights, KPI reporting and measurable value-realization dashboards for senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and own end-to-end data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards and reporting automation.Build a single source of truth for KPIs, benefits, investments and value-realization metrics.Transform raw, manual and fragmented data into reliable, governed analytics solutions.Develop AI-ready analytics capabilities, including automated narratives and conversational AI/agents.Standardize reporting across transformation initiatives and enable self-service analytics.Partner with Finance, transformation teams, business leaders and Technology to define KPI and benefit methodologies.Develop executive-level dashboards, reporting and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights.Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality and increase analytics efficiency.Support additional strategic analytics and transformation initiatives as required.Technical RequirementsAdvanced SQL and strong data modeling expertise.Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and business intelligence solutions.Strong BI visualization and data storytelling capabilities.Experience with reporting automation and AI-enabled analytics.Ability to work with raw, fragmented and manually maintained datasets.Strong understanding of data governance, KPI definitions and value/benefit measurement.Business RequirementsStrong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes.Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured data solutions.Comfortable working independently as the primary analytics builder within a Finance function.Strong communication skills, particularly presenting insights to senior executives.Ability to collaborate across Finance, Technology, transformation teams and business stakeholders.Analytical, proactive and highly solution-oriented approach.Key SkillsBusiness Intelligence | Data Analytics | SQL | Data Modeling | ETL / ELT | Dashboard Development | Data Visualization | Reporting Automation | AI Analytics | Generative AI | Conversational AI | Data Governance | KPI Reporting | Value Realization | Financial Analytics | Executive Reporting | Self-Service Analytics | Process Automation | Healthcare Analytics
