This role is responsible for designing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports that support strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, translating them into analytical frameworks, and delivering insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer service. The analyst will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. The role may also involve mentoring other analysts, standardizing reporting practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure and BI tools.Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.Experience with data modeling and database structures to support reporting and analytics.Proficiency in designing and managing dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.Background in business analysis, including gathering requirements and aligning analytics with business objectives.Advanced skills in SQL and at least one BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) are highly beneficial.Experience working with operational, financial, or logistics data in construction, industrial, or equipment rental sectors is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
