Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT by designing, developing, and maintaining data, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence expertise with advanced analytical, modeling, data management, and problem-solving skills. They are comfortable working with large datasets, building scalable and efficient solutions, developing analytical models, and leveraging tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, and AI to improve business outcomes.Key Responsibilities● Build and maintain enterprise datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.● Develop Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions, including semantic models, reporting, and self-service analytics capabilities.● Design and maintain analytical, forecasting, and decision-support models using SQL, Python, and other modern technologies.● Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions.● Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.● Manage data models, reporting frameworks, and key business hierarchies.● Automate reporting, analysis, and recurring business processes using AI and modern productivity tools.● Continuously improve reporting standards, governance, and analytical methodologies.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence expertise with advanced analytical, modeling, and data management skills.
