Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We're Hiring: Business Intelligence & Reporting AnalystAre you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights? We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.In this role, you'll work closely with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to develop scalable reporting frameworks, optimize analytical processes, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps.Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.Build and maintain data models, reporting structures, and analytical solutions that support financial and operational reporting.Translate business requirements into impactful reporting and visualization solutions.Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure compliance with governance standards.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.Document reporting logic, data models, and analytical processes while promoting best practices across the organization.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a similar analytical role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.Understanding of data governance, KPI development, and reporting best practices.Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Google Workspace is an advantage.Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is preferred.Professional English proficiency (B2/C1 or above).What Makes You a Great FitStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.A proactive mindset with a passion for automation, process improvement, and continuous learning.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you're passionate about business intelligence, automation, and transforming data into strategic insights, we'd love to hear from you.
