Job Title: BI Developer (Power BI / Semantic Layer)Location: London, UKWork mode: Hybrid (3 days weekly from office)Skills: Power BI Development, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced DAX, Data Modeling (Star Schema) and SQL.We at Coforge are looking for Power BI Developer in London, UK.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced BI Developer to build enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.Build and optimize semantic models, DAX measures, and KPI frameworks.Enable self-service analytics for business users.Migrate legacy reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI.Support reporting and analytics initiatives within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.Required SkillsAdvanced Power BI and DAX expertise.Strong knowledge of Data Modeling (Star Schema).Proficiency in SQL.Experience in dashboard performance optimization.Good to HaveMicrosoft Fabric experience.Copilot/AI-enabled reporting.Report rationalization and BI modernization experience.Experience5-8 years of Business Intelligence and Power BI development experience.Screening CriteriaStrong hands-on experience with Advanced DAX and report optimization.Proven experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and semantic models.Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices.
