Join us and be the driving force in launching our business across Vietnam.Job DescriptionDefine, standardize, and monitor key business, financial, product, and portfolio performance metrics.Build dashboards, management reports, and data marts to support performance reviews and decision-making.Analyze acquisition, activation, utilization, retention, portfolio growth, revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability.Partner with local and regional teams on planning, forecasting, KPI setting, and strategic initiatives.Lead deep-dive analyses, simulations, impact assessments, and experiment evaluations for new products, campaigns, pricing, and process changes.Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, quality controls, standardized logic, and clear documentation.Manage team priorities, workload allocation, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations across recurring and ad-hoc requestsRequirementMust haveAt least 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.Strong SQL proficiency, with hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets.Experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business performance reviews.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouse concepts, and data mart design to support scalable and sustainable reporting solutions.Proven ability to work closely with business and cross-functional stakeholders, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that support decision-making.Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to haveExperience working in e-commerce, fintech, digital payments, or product-driven environments.Familiarity with financial products such as digital wallets, payments, lending, credit, insurance products.
