Senior Specialist – Strategy, Governance & QualityLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Arabic Senior Specialist – Strategy, Governance & Quality to support strategic planning, institutional governance, quality management, and organizational effectiveness.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE government/public sector and top-tier management consulting, with experience translating strategic priorities into practical policies, frameworks, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities-Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies, initiatives, and performance frameworks.-Develop and review governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and operating models.-Establish quality assurance, performance management, KPI, and continuous improvement mechanisms.-Conduct strategic research, benchmarking, analysis, and prepare executive-level recommendations and presentations.-Support institutional transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.-Coordinate with government entities, senior stakeholders, and strategic partners on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.-Identify governance, quality, and performance gaps and recommend practical improvement measures.-Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.Requirements-8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, quality, policy, transformation, or organizational development.-Proven experience within UAE government/government-related entities.-Previous experience with a leading management/strategy consulting firm is highly preferred.-Strong understanding of the UAE and Abu Dhabi government ecosystem.-Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.-Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.-Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.-Strong ability to work with senior leadership and manage sensitive, high-impact initiatives.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a high-calibre professional who combines UAE government experience with consulting expertise, has strong strategic and governance capabilities, and can independently develop high-quality frameworks, policies, analysis, and executive-level deliverables.To apply: Please send your updated CV to hire@findme-uae.com
