Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Process AnalystCompany Name : Elsewedy Electric E&CJob Purpose: Support the Governance Unit in governing, analyzing, standardizing, and improving Business processes and management systems across the E&C Sector.

Ensure process documentation, procedures, and workflows are aligned with sector governance frameworks, while identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across Business Units.Key Accountabilities:Ensure Business Unit processes, procedures, and management systems are aligned with approved sector governance frameworks.Support standardization and continuous enhancement of process governance practices across Business Units.Assess process performance and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and operational improvement.Contribute to the effective governance and continuous improvement of management systems across the sector.Facilitate governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of governance requirements across Business Units.

Job Requirements

• Years of experience: 3–6 years of experience in Business Process Management, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Management Systems.-Preferred Experience within EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering environments.Academic Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Informatics or Computer Science.-Preferred Relevant Postgraduate studies in Process Management, Quality or Operational ExcellenceProfessional Certificates: -ISO 9001 Internal Auditor-Preferred BPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CBPA, CBAComputer skills:Microsoft Office SuiteVisio or Process Mapping SoftwarePower BI (Basic Knowledge)Document Management SystemsWorkflow & Process Modeling Tools
