About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Butler – Villas to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Welcome and assist guests with luggage, room orientation, inquiries, and special requests, ensuring personalized service.Anticipate guest needs and maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, dining options, and concierge arrangements.Handle guest registration, cashiering, food and beverage orders, and other administrative duties accurately.Prepare and maintain guest suites, Butler Pantries, and service areas according to hotel standards and guest preferences.Provide attentive service to VIP and repeat guests, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Butler, Front Office, or luxury guest service roles.Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures, with the ability to manage guest arrivals, departures, guest relations, and daily operational requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members, resolve guest concerns, and deliver exceptional service standards.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Italian would be an advantage.
