Senior Buyer – Manufacturing (On-Site)Location:  Torrance, CASalary Range: $80,000 – $90,000Hours:  M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSummarySeeking a Senior Buyer to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and materials planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting production and engineering teams.Top 3 Must-Haves5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAGE or similar)Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and inventory management experienceResponsibilitiesManage RFQs, sourcing, and purchase orders (POs)Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreementsSupport demand planning and material requirements (MRP)Monitor inventory, maintain safety stock, prevent shortagesBalance supply/demand to meet production schedulesTrack shipments and expedite deliveriesResolve supplier quality and delivery issuesBuild and maintain supplier relationshipsRequirementsBachelor’s + 5 yrs experience OR Associate’s + 10 yrs experienceManufacturing/high-tech environment experience preferredStrong Excel and analytical skillsMust work onsite daily Monday-Friday (not remote or hybrid)Keywords: Senior Buyer, Procurement, Supply Chain, MRP, ERP, Sourcing, RFQ, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Manufacturing
