قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Senior Buyer is responsible for maintaining inventory levels across multiple Stinger US warehouse locations through effective purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain coordination. This role owns the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory investment, mitigating supply risks, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The Senior Buyer collaborates with internal teams and global suppliers to support business objectives, drive operational continuity, and provide regular inventory and purchasing updates to leadership.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute purchase orders based on forecasts, inventory requirements, and business needs.Manage and monitor all open purchase orders, ensuring vendor compliance with pricing, lead times, delivery commitments, and quality expectations.Maintain appropriate inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations while balancing service levels and inventory costs.Prepare forecasting, inventory, and purchasing reports to support business decisions and leadership updates.Work with domestic and international vendors, including overseas suppliers (primarily Asia-based), to support supply chain operationsBuild strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and lead times.Hold vendors accountable for performance, including pricing, lead times, and agreed termsIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks, including shortages, delays, pricing discrepancies, and inventory imbalances.Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Quality, to support business objectives.Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, including Asia-based manufacturing partners, regarding purchasing, production, and shipment activities.Maintain accurate purchasing, vendor, and product data within NetSuite, Netstock, and related supply chain systems.Support new product launches, production requirements, and sourcing initiatives to ensure timely product availability.Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.Research and recommend alternative sourcing and supply solutions when challenges arise.Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding inventory status, purchase orders, supply risks, and operational issues.Requirements:Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite experience preferredExperience working with planning tools; Netstock experience preferred but not requiredExperience working with domestic and international vendors; overseas vendor experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of transactions accuratelyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyAbility to escalate issues effectively with clear communication and proposed solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple departmentsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in related field5+ years’ experience in purchasing.Negotiation training.Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite experience preferredSupervisory Responsibility:This position does not have any direct reports.Environmental/Physical Requirements:Indoor offices with controlled temperatureMay sit for long periods of timeCrouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting occasionallyOperating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularly
