Senior Buyer

Responsibilities:Manage procurement of raw materials and subcontracted services to support production schedules and customer commitments.Plan and monitor short- and long-term material requirements using an ERP system (SAP experience preferred).Maintain accurate supplier delivery schedules and ensure ERP data is current.Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery and product quality.Expedite orders and proactively resolve material shortages to minimize production disruptions.Analyze potential supply chain risks and recommend solutions to improve delivery performance.Partner with internal teams to support inventory objectives and production capacity.Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm order status and delivery expectations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and supplier relationship management skills.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageCompany-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchCompetitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth
