Senior Buyer

Melodica Music & Dance Academy is a leading UAE-based music and dance education company with 30+ branches across the UAE, offering music, dance, and performing arts programs alongside a wide range of musical instruments and related products. We are looking for a Purchaser/Buyer to support our growing procurement and retail operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments.Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.Support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system for procurement and inventory management.Maintain procurement records and generate purchasing reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchase Officer/Buyer.Retail industry experience is mandatory.Hands-on experience in ERP software implementation is preferred.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP systems is mandatory.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
