Senior CAD Draftperson/BIM Modeler

Prepare all technical drawings for tender, preliminary, design (if applicable) and construction stage.Develop and modify/update schematic, detailed and shop drawings as well as as-built drawing as per latest information provided.Carry out drawings/prepare documents for authority submission.Coordination with Design Managers, Engineers, & other team members to develop solutions for technical & design issues.Handle all documentation required on project team requirements.Consistent follow up on outstanding works and issues.Assist project team and any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.Job RequirementDiploma or course related to drafting/BIM or equivalent.Minimum 5-7 years of solid 2D drafting skill and BIM modelling experience in civil infrastructure and construction engineering.Proficiency in both AutoCAD AEC and Revit.Project experience in road/bridge, tunnel/underground structure, metro rail/railway and etc is preferred.Ability to work independently and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.Career advancement opportunities to assistant manager or manager.
