Senior Biomedical Engineer — Healthcare Asset OperationsHexacal Systems LLP | Guwahati, AssamFull-time | Early Core TeamHexacal Systems LLP is building a healthcare asset management and technical services platform for hospitals, diagnostic centres, blood banks, and laboratories.We are starting with medical equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, electrical safety testing, and technical support, while building the systems, data, workflows, and software layer needed to manage healthcare assets more intelligently.We are looking for a Senior Biomedical Engineer who can take ownership of field execution, asset uptime, customer coordination, documentation, and service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calibration, preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and technical support for hospital and laboratory equipment.Own asset uptime, service turnaround time, breakdown closure, and repeat-failure tracking.Maintain accurate asset databases, CRM records, service history, calibration records, job cards, and customer feedback logs.Support equipment lifecycle tracking, PM schedules, calibration due dates, spare requirements, and pending issue dashboards.Coordinate with hospitals, labs, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for timely resolution.Support NABL-oriented documentation, quality records, traceability, and technical reporting.Help build Hexacal’s internal service workflows, digital records, checklists, and operating systems.Guide junior engineers and trainees in field discipline, documentation, and customer handling.RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.2–5 years of experience in biomedical equipment service, maintenance, calibration, or hospital biomedical operations.Strong understanding of hospital equipment, service workflows, PM planning, and breakdown response.Good documentation, reporting, and customer communication skills.Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, digital records, and service tracking systems.Willingness to travel across Assam and Northeast India.PreferredExperience in calibration, electrical safety testing, NABL/NABH documentation, or healthcare asset management.Exposure to biomedical test equipment such as ESA, patient simulator, defibrillator analyzer, infusion analyzer, gas flow analyzer, or ESU analyzer.Ability to work in an early-stage company where systems are being built, not simply followed.Why This Role MattersThis is not a routine service-engineer position.The selected candidate will help build Hexacal’s technical backbone — asset data, service systems, quality culture, customer trust, and field execution standards.As Hexacal grows, this role can expand into technical leadership, calibration operations, healthcare asset management, training, and service platform development.Apply: admin@hexacal.inPhone: +91 99202 29025Subject: Application for Senior Biomedical Engineer – Hexacal Systems LLP
