The company emphasizes innovation, analytical rigor, and long-term value creation.Role Description The Senior Capital Raising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for designing and executing a capital-raising strategy, including identifying and engaging institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic partners. Day-to-day activities include developing investor pitch materials, managing the fundraising pipeline, coordinating investor meetings, and presenting the firm’s strategies, performance, and risk framework. The person in this role will maintain ongoing investor relationships, respond to due diligence requests, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. They will also track market trends in alternative investments and quantitative trading to refine messaging and identify new capital sources.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within financial markets or asset management.Strong knowledge of trading strategies, portfolio management, and asset classes such as gold, foreign exchange, and digital assets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to diverse investor audiences.Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including familiarity with performance analytics and risk metrics.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is an advantage.Track record of working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Comfort working on-site in Dubai and engaging with international investors across time zones.
