Senior Change Manager London / Hybrid. £100 - £120k base + bonus and benfits. Global Financial Services client is looking for a The Snr Change Manager - will sit at the heart of this transformation, providing oversight and coordination across a diverse portfolio of technology, infrastructure, cloud, core banking and business change initiatives.Working closely with executive leadership, technology teams, operations and business stakeholders, you will ensure that major transformation programmes are delivered in a coordinated, structured and business-focused way. You will bring visibility to complex change activity, identify interdependencies, manage competing priorities and help ensure that transformation is delivered successfully whilst maintaining business continuity.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating across large-scale enterprise environments and wants to influence transformation at both strategic and operational levels. Role Establish and maintain a single view of all technology and business transformation activity.Drive visibility across cloud, infrastructure, data and operational change initiatives.Manage dependencies across large-scale programmes, projects and workstreams.Support executive decision-making through portfolio reporting, prioritisation and governance.Ensure transformation activity remains aligned to strategic business objectives.Mandatory Skills Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios 30+ concurrent change initiatives Strong background in technology, infrastructure, cloud or digital transformation environments.Experience operating within complex organisations undergoing significant change.Track record of managing dependencies across multiple programmes and delivery teams.Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.Ability to balance strategic transformation goals with day-to-day operational realities.
