If these values resonate with you, we would love to welcome you to our team.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CI/CD DevOps Engineer to help improve the reliability, performance, and automation of our continuous integration and delivery pipelines. This role is crucial for optimizing developer productivity, minimizing build downtime, and ensuring seamless integration testing across hybrid software/hardware environments.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Design & Optimization: Architect, standardize, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipeline definitions and workflows across multiple repositories and languages (C#/.NET, C++, Python).Build System Performance: Deeply profile, tune, and optimize compilation, dependency caching, and build execution times for our C#/.NET and C++ software stacks.Pipeline Reliability & Monitoring: Proactively investigate pipeline failures, eliminate intermittent/flaky build issues, and establish automated health checks and metrics dashboards to maximize pipeline uptime.Test & Verification Workflow Integration: Collaborate closely with development and QA leads to embed automated unit testing, static code analysis (Coverity, SonarQube), and automated test bench verification triggers directly into CI workflows.Artifact & Release Automation: Automate release packaging, versioning, artifact staging, and package registry management to streamline deployment handoffs.Developer Workflow Enablement: Support development teams with best practices for branch merging strategies, MR verification gates, and fast-feedback developer loops.Ideal Profile: Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of dedicated experience in CI/CD pipeline development, build engineering, and release automation supporting multi-repo, multi-technology codebases.CI/CD Platform: Deep, hands-on expertise in GitLab CI/CD (crafting .gitlab-ci.yml, DAGs, multi-project pipelines, artifact management, and caching strategies).Containerization & Orchestration: Strong proficiency in Docker containerization (deploying/managing runners and building workloads).Operating Systems & Scripting: High proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and Python for complex pipeline logic, build orchestration, and log extraction.Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.Solid understanding of microservice architecture and experience deploying and managing distributed systems.Experience with monitoring and observability tools, especially OpenTelemetry, and managing alerts and incident response processes.Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Go, Python, or similar) for deployment and infrastructure tasks.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Open Tofu.Experience supporting software development for industrial, embedded, or hardware-integrated systems is highly preferred.Problem-Solving & Communication: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex build/link failures and test automation integration issues, with strong English communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.Preferred/ Good to HaveExperience in high-tech machine automation, semiconductor equipment, or complex hardware/software integration environments.Hands-on knowledge of static code analysis (Coverity, SonarQube) and test management integrations (XRay, Jira).
