Senior Civil Engineer

We are working with a leading main contractor delivering a landmark project in Riyadh and are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join the team on a major civil and infrastructure package.This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a complex, high-profile development, working alongside a highly experienced project team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate civil engineering activities across design, construction, and delivery phases.Review engineering designs and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.Manage site execution of major civil works, ensuring quality, safety, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.Monitor progress and provide technical guidance to project teams.Review method statements, technical submissions, and construction methodologies.Support project planning, procurement, and stakeholder management activities.Ensure all civil works are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and engineering best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Extensive experience delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects with reputable contractors.Strong technical background in:Long-span bridge constructionMajor cut and fill earthworksLarge-scale infrastructure worksComplex surface water and stormwater management systemsRoads, utilities, and associated civil packagesExperience managing site teams, subcontractors, and engineering coordination activities.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and engineering standards.Previous experience working on major projects in the Middle East is preferred.If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please send your CV along with your contact number and I will be in touch to discuss the role further.
