Senior Civil Engineer

Job PurposeTo provide senior technical supervision and engineering support for civil works associated with the telecommunications project, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality requirements, safety standards and the project schedule.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities associated with telecommunications and infrastructure works.
• Monitor roads, utilities, concrete works, foundations, ducting, chambers, trenches and reinstatement works.
• Review drawings, method statements, material submissions, RFIs and other technical submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, quality and progress.
• Coordinate with telecommunications, electrical, ITS, structural, utility and stakeholder teams.
• Review constructability and support resolution of technical issues, design changes and site constraints.
• Participate in client, consultant and contractor coordination meetings.
• Support testing, completion, snagging, handover and close-out activities related to civil works.Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Saudi with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in civil/infrastructure construction supervision; roads, utilities or telecom enabling works preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inspections, quality control, technical documentation and contractor coordination.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills.Preferred Competencies
