Executive Project LeadershipLead multiple high-value residential and mixed-use developments across Dubai.Develop and execute project strategies aligned with business objectives.Drive project performance, profitability, quality, and timely delivery.Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.2. Construction & Development ManagementDirect consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.Resolve technical and commercial challenges while maintaining project momentum.3. Government & Regulatory CoordinationManage approvals and compliance with:Dubai MunicipalityTrakheesNakheelDubai Civil DefenceDEWARTADubai Land DepartmentOther relevant UAE authoritiesEnsure all developments comply with UAE regulations, engineering standards, and statutory requirements.4. Commercial & Financial OversightManage project budgets, procurement strategies, contracts, cost control, and variation orders.Review contractor performance and commercial risks.Maximize operational efficiency while maintaining premium quality standards.5. Leadership & Team DevelopmentInspire, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary project teams.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Support succession planning and talent development across the project division.6. Quality, Safety & Delivery ExcellenceMaintain the highest standards of quality assurance and HSE compliance.Conduct executive site inspections and project reviews.Ensure seamless project completion, authority approvals, and client handover.What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements✔ Minimum 15 years of experience in Real Estate Development.✔ At least 8 years in a senior leadership role such as Project Head, Project Director, or Senior Project Manager.✔ Extensive experience with UAE developers delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.✔ Strong relationships and working knowledge of UAE regulatory authorities.✔ Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.✔ Outstanding leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Master’s degree in construction management, Project Management, or Engineering (preferred).PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification.Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, procurement, cost management, and project governance.Ready to Build the Future?If you have the vision, expertise, and leadership to deliver world-class developments, we would love to hear from you.
