This creates an opportunity for an experienced civil project manager to take ownership of major packages and play a central role in the company’s continued growth in the region.Working Environment & ProjectsYou will join a capable and experienced delivery team, working at senior level with the autonomy to run your packages while being supported by an engaged leadership group. The culture is direct, collaborative and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and commercial discipline.Projects involve substantial civil packages on major construction and industrial developments, typically including bulk earthworks, below-ground drainage, foundations, structural concrete and external infrastructure. These are large, multi-interface sites where effective coordination with the main contractor and other trade packages is essential to success.As a senior figure on site, you will have end-to-end responsibility for delivery, from mobilisation and planning through construction to completion and handover. The role offers broad international project exposure and the chance to build a long-term career with a specialist contractor that is expanding its presence across Europe.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of major civil engineering and groundworks packages from mobilisation through to completion and handoverTake full responsibility for package programme, resourcing, plant and supply chain to meet main contractor milestonesOwn commercial performance, including cost control, forecasting, change management and package profitabilityManage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour across earthworks, drainage, foundations and concrete worksAct as the senior point of contact for main contractor teams, designers and client representativesDrive the highest standards of health & safety, quality and environmental performance across all site activitiesLead, develop and mentor site teams including project engineers, supervisors and foremenContribute to planning, methodology and pricing input for future packages and tendersWhat You Need8+ years’ experience delivering civil engineering projects within a subcontractor environmentStrong technical background in earthworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works and associated infrastructureProven responsibility for project delivery, programme management and commercial performance at package levelExperience coordinating subcontractors and managing multi-disciplinary site teams on large, complex sitesExposure to major industrial or large-scale construction developments beneficial but not essentialUnderstanding of European contract frameworks such as NEC or FIDIC advantageousDegree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering or a related disciplineWhat You’ll Get in ReturnThis position offers a package of up to €120,000, together with benefits aligned to international project work.
