In this role, you will provide expert site supervision and technical oversight for structural construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all applicable standards. You will serve as a key technical authority on-site, making critical decisions and guiding the project team through complex structural challenges.Supervise and inspect all structural construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standardsConduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed technical reports documenting progress, issues, and corrective actionsReview and analyze structural designs, drawings, and construction methodologies; provide technical guidance to contractors and project teamsEnsure adherence to Saudi Arabian building codes, safety regulations, and international construction standardsIdentify structural deficiencies or deviations from plans and implement corrective measures promptlyCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project scheduleManage quality control testing and material verification; approve or reject work based on technical specificationsMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, inspection records, and technical correspondenceConduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety compliance across all construction activitiesProvide technical recommendations for design modifications or value engineering opportunitiesMonitor project progress against timelines and budgets from a structural engineering perspectiveMentor junior engineers and support the professional development of the site teamQualifications Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil/structural engineeringMinimum 5 years of direct site supervision experience on major construction projectsAdvanced proficiency in structural analysis and design principlesStrong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction regulations, particularly Saudi Arabian standardsExpertise in quality assurance and quality control methodologiesProficiency with structural analysis software and AutoCADExcellent technical documentation and report writing skillsStrong project coordination and stakeholder management abilitiesComprehensive understanding of construction safety protocols and regulationsAnalytical and problem-solving skill set with attention to detail**Preferred Skills and Experience:**Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareFamiliarity with project management tools and softwareKnowledge of reinforced concrete and steel construction techniquesExperience supervising large-scale infrastructure or commercial projectsProfessional engineering license or equivalent certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working on projects in the Middle East region
