Senior Client Advisor

Role Description:The Senior Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for providing personalized, high-quality service to clients, including welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product recommendations. The Senior Client Advisor will manage the full client journey, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up, ensuring a premium experience that reflects Zen Pırlanta’s brand standards. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product collections, handling inquiries and concerns, processing sales transactions accurately, and supporting visual merchandising and store presentation. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to store sales targets, and collaborating with management to improve client engagement and retention.Qualifications:Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships and loyalty.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including active listening, clear verbal expression, and professional written communication.Experience handling Insurance-related processes or documentation relevant to high-value retail or luxury products is beneficial.Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end customer-facing roles; familiarity with sales techniques and upselling.Ability to work on-site full time in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.Proficiency in basic point-of-sale systems and comfortable with digital tools for client record management.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and reliability in handling confidential client information and valuable inventory.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Benifets:Basic Salary: Competitive Commensurate with experience and qualifications.Commission Scheme: Monthly incentives directly linked to the performance.Health Insurance: available private medical insurance
