A leading UAE corporate services and fiduciary business is looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Executive to join its growing Dubai team.This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused corporate services professional with strong UAE entity administration and company secretarial experience.The role:Manage a portfolio of corporate and private clientsLead UAE incorporations, restructurings, renewals and ongoing administrationManage ADGM, DIFC, mainland and free zone entitiesPrepare board/shareholder resolutions, minutes and corporate documentationSupport KYC, CDD, UBO and regulatory compliance requirementsBuild strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunitiesLiaise with UAE authorities and internal compliance teamsThe ideal candidate:Proven experience in corporate services, fiduciary, company secretarial or similarProven experience independently managing a client portfolioStrong knowledge of ADGM and DIFC structures, foundations and SPVsGood understanding of UAE corporate governance and regulatory requirementsCommercially minded, highly organised and confident client-facingProfessional qualifications such as ICSA/CGI, ICSI, STEP, CISI or ACCA are advantageousIf you are an experienced UAE corporate services professional looking for your next career move, please apply.
