Senior Clinical Research Associate

We are partnering with a leading CRO to recruit an experienced Clinical Research Associate.This is a fully remote position with travel to sites across the Netherlands.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently monitor Phase II–IV clinical studies across a diverse portfolio of therapeutic areas, including Oncology and Neurology.Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and applicable regulations.Maintain accurate study documentation and support regulatory and ethics committee submissions where required.Build strong relationships with investigators and site teams to ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, and high-quality data collection.Work closely with cross-functional study teams to proactively identify and resolve study issues while maintaining timelines.Provide guidance and support to site staff and less experienced CRAs when appropriate.Contribute to the efficient delivery of clinical studies by ensuring quality, compliance, and effective site management throughout the study lifecycle.
