Position: Senior Clinical Social WorkerLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeA reputable healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Social Worker to join its team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ social circumstances and document relevant information in medical records.Provide guidance and support to patients and their families.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient cases.Support patients with special needs in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.Participate in programs related to chronic and infectious diseases.Assist in reporting patient safety incidents and other relevant concerns.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Sociology.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of Behavioral Medicine.Experience in a clinical, healthcare, hospital, mental health, or related environment is highly relevant.Strong patient assessment, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
