Your mission is to design, drive, and govern the implementation of robust, highly-available CI/CD pipelines and IaC solutions that ensure unparalleled speed, security, and scalability across all our critical cloud services.Principal Duties Lead the design and implementation of highly resilient, secure, and scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.Define best practices for managing, provisioning, and optimizing large-scale GCP infrastructure using Terraform, focusing on cost and security governance.Architect and manage complex GCP cloud resources and services across multiple environments.Mentor engineering teams on cloud security and DevOps principles.Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve the most complex cloud infrastructure and deployment challenges. Detailed Job DescriptionCI/CD Implementation: Define the architecture and best practices for secure CI/CD pipelines (leveraging GCP tools like Cloud Build, along with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD). Lead the migration and optimization of complex, multi-stage pipelines to ensure efficient and rapid deployment of applications to GKE or Cloud Run.DevSecOps: Design and implement DevSecOps tools into applications and infrastructure pipelines, with proficiency in dealing with tools like Sysdig and Fortify,Infrastructure Automation: Architect, manage, and govern immutable cloud infrastructure on GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, primarily Terraform. This includes configuring and managing complex, secure GCP resources, networking (VPC, Load Balancers, VPNs), advanced serverless components, and mission-critical data services (Cloud SQL, Firestore).System Observability: Design and own the end-to-end system observability platform. This involves implementing advanced monitoring systems that track performance, aggregate logs, and provide deep insights into application behavior using Google Cloud Operations Suite (Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging). Establish SLIs/SLOs and lead incident response processes to ensure maximum system reliability.Collaboration and Improvement: Act as the primary subject matter expert and technical lead for GCP services and advanced DevOps methodologies. Mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvement across all cloud infrastructure and processes, and influence engineering roadmaps for optimal performance, efficiency, and stability.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldWork Experience: A Minimum 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
