Senior Cloud Engineer – Leading Quantitative Investment Firm - London

My client, a leading quantitative investment firm, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join their growing technology team in London.The successful candidate will play a key role in the expansion of the firm’s cloud environment, contributing to the development of execution systems, quantitative research platforms, data ingestion pipelines, and post-trade applications. This is a hands-on role offering a high degree of autonomy and ownership, with the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies and deliver impactful solutions across the business.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong hands-on experience across AWS and Kubernetes. A strong Infrastructure-as-Code mindset is essential, alongside solid experience with Terraform.Candidates should be comfortable working with CNCF technologies including Argo CD, Kyverno, and Prometheus, as well as Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
