What You’ll DoDeliver and operate secure, enterprise‑scale AWS environmentsActively contribute to team deliveries with ideas, improvements, and shared ownershipAnalyse issues, identify root causes, and propose better long‑term solutionsImprove infrastructure, automation, tooling, reliability, and cost efficiencyImplement guard rails, governance, user/group management, and golden AMIsSupport developers with cloud solutions that enable secure and efficient deliveryCollaborate closely with teammates to drive continuous improvement What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience designing and implementing AWS infrastructureStrong development skills (Python, Bash, TypeScript)Solid experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, etc.)Proficient with AWS CloudFormation and CDKDeep understanding of IAM, SSO, and enterprise identity/governance modelsExperience with large AWS Organizations (Control Tower, StackSets, SCPs)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud automationCurious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and improve Good to HaveAWS certificationsExperience with AI enhanced software development methods and toolingExperience with micro‑component solution architectures in cloudFamiliarity with Agile ways of working and tooling (Jira/Kanban/SAFe etc)Own personal development projectsSwedish language skills
