Senior Infrastructure & CloudOps EngineerJob PurposeResponsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting the infrastructure platform a the Masdr Data Enablement Zone, ensuring availability, scalability, security, automation, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Cloud OperationsAdminister Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure.Deploy, configure, and support Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.Manage VMware vSphere and/or Nutanix platforms.Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources.Perform capacity planning, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.Implement high availability and resilient infrastructure.CloudOps & AutomationDevelop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.Automate provisioning and operations using Ansible and Bash/Python.Support Git and GitLab repositories for infrastructure automation.Support CI/CD pipelines related to infrastructure deployments.Manage container images and Kubernetes deployments.Platform Monitoring & SecurityMonitor infrastructure health and availability.Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.Apply OS hardening and support vulnerability remediation.Participate in disaster recovery exercises and compliance activities.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.Experience5–8+ years in infrastructure engineering and cloud operations.Hands-on Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, VMware/Nutanix, OCI.Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Git/GitLab.Preferred CertificationsCKA/CKADRHCSA/RHCEVMware VCP or Nutanix NCPOCI CertificationTerraform Associate (preferred)Technical SkillsLinuxKubernetes/OpenShiftVMware/NutanixOCIDockerTerraformAnsibleGit/GitLabBash/PythonMonitoringBackup & DR
