This role coordinates cross-functional teams, stakeholders, cloud architects, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of cloud programs aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio Management

• Lead end-to-end cloud transformation and modernization programs.
• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Manage multiple concurrent cloud projects and track milestones.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.Cloud Strategy & Transformation
• Define and execute cloud adoption strategies.
• Drive migration of applications, infrastructure, and workloads to cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business units to identify cloud-based opportunities.
• Support cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies.Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive management.
• Present program status, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across teams.Risk, Compliance & Governance
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Classification: Internal
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Oversee cloud governance, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Financial Management
• Manage program budgets and cloud spending.
• Monitor cloud consumption and optimize costs.
• Track ROI and business benefits realization from cloud investments.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and licensing requirements.Technical Skills Required
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms: o Microsoft Azureo Amazon Web Services (AWS)o Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Cloud migration and modernization strategies.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation).
• DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cloud program management.
