With a strong focus on design, implementation, and customized steel products, the company serves clients requiring precision, durability, and high-quality metal manufacturing.Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Dubai focuses on ensuring optimal performance and reliability of CNC laser cutting and bending machines. The Senior CNC Maintenance Technician / Engineer will perform routine inspections, equipment diagnostics, and corrective repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. Responsibilities include scheduling and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, and coordinating with production teams to plan maintenance activities. The role involves maintaining maintenance records, recommending technical improvements, supporting machine calibration and safety checks, and collaborating with equipment suppliers or service providers when needed. The technician / engineer will also help train team members on proper equipment use and basic maintenance procedures.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills, with experience on CNC laser and bending machines.Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults.Candidates should possess proven Preventive Maintenance experience, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance programs.Candidates should possess hands-on Maintenance & Repair capabilities for complex CNC machinery and related support systems.Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.Experience in sheet metal fabrication or heavy steel manufacturing environments, preferably with laser cutting and press brake equipment.Strong understanding of safety standards, technical documentation, and machine manuals; ability to keep accurate maintenance records.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage priorities in a fast-paced production setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
