Senior CNC Mill Machinist

The team is customer-focused, emphasizing trusted relationships, exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and reliable service as a long-term partner for precision machining and manufacturing support.Role Description The Senior CNC Machinist role is a full-time, on-site position in Spokane Valley, WA. Starting pay: $25+/hour with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and skill level. Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus for highly qualified candidates. (Bonus paid out over 6 months.) 👀Shifts available: Day Shift, Monday – Thursday, 5AM-3:30PM What You’ll Do:Set up, adjust, and operate 3, 4 and 5 axis (incremental trunnion CNC mills.)Perform complex setups from scratch (tooling, fixtures, work-holding devices).Read and interpret advanced blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.Edit and optimize CNC programs (G-code) at the controller; experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam/SolidWorks) is a plus.Able to measure completed parts using standard shop practices to hold tight tolerances up to +/- 0.0001".Troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues independently.Lift up to 50 lbs.Able to stand for extended periods of time.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machinery.Strong understanding of G and M codes, and able to modify code at machineCAD/CAM a plus.Proven knowledge of cutting tools, material, speeds, and feeds (aluminum, steels, stainless steels, titanium).General understanding of GD&T.A problem-solver who can work independently.
