Team members work in an environment that values technical expertise, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Job Description The Senior Coffee Machine Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves diagnosing and repairing commercial and residential coffee machines, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The technician will install new machines, calibrate settings, and test performance according to manufacturer specifications. Daily tasks include responding to service requests, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining service records, and advising customers on best practices for equipment care. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and support teams, providing technical input on equipment selection, and mentoring junior technicians.QualificationsStrong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for coffee machines and related equipment.Hands-on experience with Machine Operation and safe handling of commercial and residential coffee machinery.Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in coffee equipment.Solid understanding of Machinery components, including pumps, boilers, grinders, and control systems.Prior experience as a coffee machine technician or similar role, preferably at a senior or lead level.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.Good communication skills to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers and colleagues.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting service activities and parts usage.Comfort working on-site at customer locations and occasionally in high-traffic hospitality environments.Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering is an advantage.Familiarity with major espresso and coffee machine brands and industry standards is beneficial.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning in evolving coffee equipment technologies.
