This one is not.Our client manages formal debt agreements for Australian customers. Several hundred of those customers are behind. Some have stopped responding. Some agreed to payment plans that were never realistic in the first place.Your job is to keep those people in their agreements, not push them out of one. That means getting in early, working out what someone can actually afford, and restructuring before it falls over. If your instinct is to chase hard and escalate fast, this is the wrong role for you.What you will be doingWorking a portfolio of several hundred accounts in arrearsMaking contact with customers who have gone quiet, and getting them back to the tableNegotiating payment arrangements that people can realistically meetSpotting when an approved debt agreement needs a variation, and structuring it correctlyHandling the escalated and complicated cases nobody else wantsFlagging at-risk accounts early, before they default or terminateWhat you bringExperience in collections, credit control, arrears or customer care in a credit environmentAustralian account experience is a strong advantageDebt agreement or variation experience is rare and highly valued.
