We have serviced thousands of clients throughout the tristate area and are known for designing and delivering dynamic, user-friendly, and cost-effective commercial AV systems.We provide high-quality professional sound, video, conferencing, and integrated technology solutions for clients in healthcare, hospitality, houses of worship, corporate, retail, government, and other commercial markets.We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate, implement, and successfully close commercial audiovisual integration projects according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial AV projects from internal handoff through installation, client training, and project closeout. This role serves as the central point of coordination between internal departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are executed professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.The ideal candidate has experience in commercial AV integration or a related technical construction environment and can effectively manage project documentation, schedules, communication, and field coordination while keeping projects on track and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of assigned commercial AV integration projects from project handoff through completion and service turnoverReview project documents including drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, submittals, and construction schedulesAcquire a thorough understanding of project requirements, deliverables, site conditions, and client expectationsCreate, manage, and update project plans, milestones, and schedulesCoordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, programming, installation, subcontractors, and service teams throughout the project lifecycleServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external project communication and documentationLead and document project meetings with internal teams, clients, general contractors, consultants, and other trades as requiredMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, technical conflicts, and scope changesHelp resolve project-related issues by engaging the appropriate internal teams or subject matter expertsCoordinate material readiness, labor planning, subcontractor scheduling, and field executionTrack job progress against scope, budget, schedule, and company expectationsEnsure all project documentation is organized, current, and properly communicated to relevant stakeholdersSupport change management by identifying scope changes, documenting impacts, and coordinating next steps internallyTravel to job sites as needed to review progress, support the field team, and maintain alignment with project requirementsCoordinate project completion, client training, punch list resolution, final documentation, and turnover to the service departmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in commercial AV integration, low-voltage systems, construction coordination, or related technical project environmentsAbility to read and interpret technical documents including electronic schematics, AV drawings, architectural blueprints, punch lists, schedules, and scopes of workStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractorsAbility to troubleshoot project issues, identify roadblocks, and engage the right people to keep projects movingEffective time management and strong attention to detailWillingness to travel to various job sites as requiredValid driver’s licensePreferred QualificationsExperience in the commercial AV integration industryUnderstanding of AV system functionality, installation processes, and project sequencingFamiliarity with conferencing systems, control systems, professional audio, displays, video distribution, and integrated AV solutionsExperience coordinating technical trades, field labor, and subcontractorsComfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple active projectsIdeal Candidate TraitsPunctual and dependableDetail-oriented and highly organizedStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityProfessional and client-focusedAble to communicate clearly and confidentlyPositive attitude with a team-first mindsetCapable of staying calm and solution-focused under pressureWhy Join CSAV SystemsEstablished and respected company founded in 2001Diverse commercial client base across the tristate areaOpportunity to manage meaningful, high-visibility AV projectsCollaborative team environmentLong-term growth opportunity within a professional commercial AV integration companySalary based upon experience.
