Senior Commercial Bid Manager Dublin 15 Hybrid€75,000–€90,000 + Bonus + BenefitsAre you an experienced Commercial Bid Manager with a strong background in public-sector tenders and procurement? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a growing bid pipeline and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.You will manage the full bid and tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and developing bid strategy through to pricing, submission and successful handover. You’ll work closely with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing and costings, assess risks and contractual requirements, coordinate go/no-go decisions and manage multiple bids, deadlines and stakeholders.You will also support public-sector frameworks and compliance, attend procurement meetings, site visits and presentations, analyse bid feedback and contribute to market intelligence and continuous improvement.You will ideally have proven experience managing end-to-end bids/tenders, strong knowledge of public-sector procurement and excellent communication skills. Experience within Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security, Property Management or another B2B service environment would be advantageous.
