This is a highly commercial role with strong exposure to senior leadership, providing the analysis and insight that help drive growth and profitability.The business is scaling rapidly in the UK and internationally, with ARR improving by 20% YoY. Finance is seen as a true business partner and plays a central role in budgeting, forecasting, improving operational performance and supporting key investment decisions.The RoleThis isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with budget owners and senior management, turning numbers into clear recommendations that improve business outcomes. Alongside core FP&A, you'll get hands-on involvement in the company's transformation programme and exposure to M&A and value creation work, which is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processesOwn and develop the planning tool, acting as a builder to design models, improve forecasting processes and automate reportingBuild and maintain financial models to support business decision-makingBusiness partner department heads and non-finance stakeholders, helping them understand their numbers and improve cost controlDeliver ad hoc commercial analysis, including scenario planning and performance trackingAnalyse customer and subscription metrics to inform targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue growthContribute to transformation projects that will reshape the finance function and wider business operationsWhat We're Looking ForQualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)Ideally have hands-on experience with a planning tool such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning (Workday), Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Board, Jedox, Planful, Vena, Cube, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or SAP Analytics CloudIdeally experience with recurring revenue modelsConfident communicating with senior, non-finance stakeholdersA proactive, commercially minded individual who wants to make an impact and grow with the businessWhat's on Offer£65,000 to £70,000 base salary plus bonusHigh-growth, dynamic business with a sociable, collaborative cultureSenior FP&A Analyst | Subcription Commerce | £60,000 to £70,000 plus bonus | London - Hybrid
