Senior Commercial Manager

A leading fit out contractor in Dubai is hiring a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across its joinery projects, reporting directly to the Joinery Director.This is a senior appointment for someone who knows joinery and fit out inside out and can take full commercial ownership of a high end project portfolio.The role:- Lead the commercial performance of live joinery projects from award to final account- Work directly with the Joinery Director on margin, risk and strategy- Manage procurement, subcontract packages and supply chain negotiation- Prepare and agree valuations, variations and final accounts- Protect margin and drive profitability across the portfolio- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery teamsWhat you will need:- Proven commercial experience with a joinery or fit out contractor- Strong UAE track record, currently based in Dubai- Solid understanding of joinery packages, materials and production- Sharp commercial judgement and the ability to spot risk early- Confidence to work alongside senior leadershipA chance to sit at the top table of a respected contractor and shape its joinery commercial function.Please note: applicants must be based in Dubai with direct joinery and fit out experience to be considered.Interested?
