NOW HIRING A SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER - DUBAIOur client is an international tier PMC, delivering a newly awarded hospitality project in Dubai.Position:The position will commercially lead the hospitality project from the start of construction to handover and report to the Project Director.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial and cost management function across projects from initial appointment through to final account and closeout.Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, extensions of time, contractual notices and dispute resolution.Prepare, monitor and control project budgets, forecasts and expenditure to ensure projects remain within agreed financial parameters.Develop and implement cost control and value engineering initiatives to improve project value without compromising quality or scope.Produce regular commercial and financial reporting, including cash flow forecasts, cost-to-complete assessments and project performance updates.Identify commercial and contractual risks at an early stage and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimise financial exposure.Lead procurement activities for contractors, subcontractors and consultants, including tendering, commercial evaluation and contract negotiations.Act as the key commercial point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.Lead and develop commercial team members, ensuring strong commercial governance, consistent processes and high-quality project outputs.Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure all contractual, financial and procurement activities comply with relevant governance, legal and regulatory requirements.Requirements:15+ years experience3+ years UAE experience5+ years working for tier 1 ConsultantsProven track record delivering projects to handoverHospitality project experience is desirableExcellent communication skillsHold a relevant industry degree#FletcherPiccoloAssociates #MakingALastingImpact #Construction #RealEstate
