The Senior Commercial Manager will oversee commercial strategy for projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and business planning to support sustainable growth and profitability. Responsibilities include managing contracts from tender to final account, negotiating terms with stakeholders, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role involves leading and mentoring commercial and project teams, monitoring financial performance, preparing reports, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The Senior Commercial Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, finance, and senior leadership to optimize project outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Commercial Management and Business Planning skills to drive project profitability and strategic growth.Candidates should possess robust Contract Management and Analytical Skills to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support data-driven decisions.Candidates should possess effective Team Management and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.Relevant experience in construction or engineering contracting, particularly within the UAE or GCC region, is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications in commercial or contract management are an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in standard construction contracts and cost control tools.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, prioritize multiple projects, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
