Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentSeniority: Senior ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Commercial & PMIS Transformation to lead the modernisation of project controls and commercial functions within a major luxury real estate development business in Dubai.The successful candidate will combine strong commercial and contractual expertise with hands-on experience implementing digital project management systems, standardising processes and improving cost, schedule and risk visibility across major development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the transformation of project controls and commercial functions across large-scale luxury real estate developments.Implement and optimise Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), particularly Oracle Primavera Unifier and ProcurePro.Improve commercial performance through stronger contract management, cost control, forecasting and risk management.Develop and implement standardised playbooks, operating frameworks, processes and governance structures.Drive the adoption of AI, automation and digital tools to improve project reporting, commercial decision-making and operational efficiency.Enhance visibility of project costs, schedules, contractual obligations and commercial risks through integrated systems and reporting.Work closely with commercial, procurement, project controls, finance and technology teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.Required ExperienceSignificant experience in commercial management, project controls or transformation within the Dubai luxury real estate development sector.Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial management, cost control, project scheduling and risk management.Proven experience implementing or transforming PMIS and digital project controls platforms, ideally Oracle Primavera Unifier and ProcurePro.Demonstrable success leading commercial and project controls transformation initiatives, from strategy through to implementation.Experience developing standardised processes, governance frameworks and commercial operating models.Practical knowledge of AI, automation, data analytics and digital reporting within construction or real estate.Evidence of delivering measurable improvements in commercial performance, contractual management, cost visibility or project efficiency.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior commercial, project delivery and technology leaders.Ideal CandidateAn established commercial or project controls transformation professional who understands the complexities of Dubai's luxury real estate market.
You will have a combination of hands-on commercial expertise, PMIS implementation experience and proven transformation delivery, rather than a purely advisory or traditional project management background.You should be comfortable challenging existing processes, introducing new technologies and embedding sustainable improvements across commercial and project delivery functions.
